Booking Deposit Policy

To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled appointment.

Deposits help reserve your requested date and time and compensate for time held exclusively for your booking.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. One reschedule may be accommodated at my discretion, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure fairness and respect for scheduled appointments, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment ('no-shows') may result in the full booking fee being charged.

If you anticipate being late, please communicate as soon as possible. Appointments may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other scheduled bookings.

Cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

A working phone number is required for booking confirmation.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Returning clients who have already been verified may not need to repeat the full screening process.
